Are you looking for a change in your look? Then why don’t you try
changing your hair color? Finding the right hair color isn’t that
hard, if you’re not happy with the results you can always choose
something else.
If you have decided that it’s time to make a change to your hair
and you would like to change its color next thing you need to do is
finding the right hair color. Don’t waste time by consulting a stylist
because you can decide this on your own just by following a few rules,
depending on your skin tone. Let’s see further which hair color is
suited for whom:
Blonde
Blonde hair looks great on women with blue or green eyes and a
pinkish skin. If you were blonde as a child but in time your color got
darker then it means you’ll look great if you use it now. Next be
careful on what shade of blonde you choose, because depending on this
you can either look great or not. Highly appreciated are the natural
tones, the ones that don’t look synthetic or as if they don’t
belong. Try walnut, titian red or other warm shades of blonde and
avoid plate blonde. Also a good choice of tone is honey.
Red
This is a problematic color and not every woman can pull off a red
shade. If you decide to make this move then you should be very
careful which shade you pick. If your natural hair color is a medium
to dark shade then your better safe with auburn but if you have a
lighter skin and maybe some freckles then you should choose a lighter
shade of red. You can also take into account the color of your eyes:
if you have dark eyes you can go with a dark shade of red but if your
eyes are light green then you should pick a lighter shade. Blue eyes
and red hair don’t mix up so great.
Brown
If you have a very pale skin then brown isn’t the color for
you unless you’re aiming for a gothic look. Dark hair mixed with a
very light skin tone will make you look older and will wash you out.
Except this case, brown is for everyone and it can also be found in
many different shades. Let’s say you have green eyes. Then you can
safely choose a brown shade that has purple or violet accents in it,
because purple and green go great together. If your eyes are dark,
then you can choose a shade with blue accents.
